1. Introduction

School-Wristbands.co.uk (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by School Wrist Bands, trading as School-Suppliers.co.uk.
We supply custom silicone wristbands and related promotional products to schools, colleges, clubs, charities, and businesses within the UK.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Customisation

2.1 All wristbands and promotional products are customised to the customer’s specification, including but not limited to:

• Size, colour, and quantity

• Print colour(s)

• Deboss, emboss, or ink-fill upgrades

• Personalised text and/or logo upload

2.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all artwork, spelling, colours, and sizes chosen are correct before approval.

2.3 Colours shown on-screen may differ slightly from the final product due to screen calibration and manufacturing tolerances.

3. Artwork Approval

3.1 Proofs (digital mock-ups) are provided for personalised wristbands before production begins.
3.2 Production only starts once the customer has approved the artwork in writing (email approval accepted).
3.3 Once approved, no further changes can be made, and the order becomes non-refundable.

4. Pricing

4.1 All prices listed on the website are in GBP (£) and include any customisation options selected during checkout unless otherwise stated.
4.2 VAT may be added where applicable.
4.3 We reserve the right to update prices or promotional offers at any time.

5. Payment Terms

Customers may pay by:

 

5.1 Online Payment (Card / PayPal)

Payment is taken upfront during checkout. Production begins once payment is confirmed.

5.2 Invoice (Schools, Trusts & Local Authorities Only)

• Schools and educational organisations may request payment by invoice.

• Standard terms: 30 days from date of delivery.

• Late payments may be subject to interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

• We reserve the right to refuse invoice terms to non-qualifying customers.

 

5.3 Ownership

Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.

 

6. Production & Delivery

6.1 Standard production time is typically 7–14 working days from artwork approval, depending on order size and customisation.
6.2 Express production may be available for an additional charge.
6.3 Delivery is made via Royal Mail or courier. Estimated delivery times will be given at checkout.
6.4 We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Courier issues

• Supply chain disruption

• School closures

• Events beyond our control (strikes, weather, emergencies)

 

7. Cancellations

7.1 Because wristbands are custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled once artwork has been approved.
7.2 If artwork has not yet been approved, a cancellation request may be considered, but not guaranteed.

 

8. Returns & Refunds

8.1 Custom products are exempt from standard return rules under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
8.2 We only accept returns or issue refunds where:

• The product is defective

• The order does not match the approved artwork

• The quantity delivered is incorrect

8.3 Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos and order information.
8.4 We will repair, remake, or refund at our discretion.

 

9. Quality & Tolerances

9.1 Minor differences in shade, positioning, or sizing may occur due to manufacturing limitations.
9.2 Wristband sizing can vary within a tolerance of ±2mm.
9.3 Print or fill colour may vary slightly depending on material batch.

Such variations do not constitute product faults.

 

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, images, or text submitted.
10.2 By uploading artwork, the customer confirms they have the legal right to use it.
10.3 We accept no liability for copyright or trademark infringements caused by customer-provided artwork.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Our liability is limited to the value of the order.
11.2 We cannot be held responsible for:

• Loss of revenue

• Missed events or deadlines

• Reputational damage

• Third-party delays

11.3 Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

 

12. Data Protection

12.1 We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
12.2 Customer information is used solely for:

• Order processing

• Account management

• Communication regarding orders

• Analytical website improvements

12.3 We do not sell personal data to third parties.

13. Website Content & Accuracy

13.1 We try to ensure all product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate.
13.2 Errors may occur and corrections may be made at any time without prior notice.

 

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the UK courts.
