Refund Policy

At School-Wristbands.co.uk we specialise in custom-made silicone wristbands and personalised products. Because each order is made to the customer’s unique specifications, our refund policy reflects UK rules for bespoke goods.

Custom Products (Personalised Wristbands)

Custom-made items cannot be refunded or returned unless:

• The product is faulty or damaged

• The wristbands differ from the artwork you approved

• The quantity delivered is incorrect

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Non-Custom Items

For any non-personalised items (if offered), you may return them within 14 days in unused condition for a refund.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Order Errors & Mistakes

We cannot refund orders where incorrect:

• Text

• Colours

• Sizes

• Logos

…were approved by the customer before production.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

• A short description of the problem

We will remake, replace, or refund your order depending on the situation.

Production Delays

Refunds are not provided for courier delays or events outside our control (weather, strikes, school closures, supply chain issues).
