We aim to make ordering easy and delivery reliable for all schools, organisations and businesses across the UK.
1. Shipping for Custom Orders
Custom wristbands are made to order.
Typical production and shipping timeframes are:

Standard production: 7–14 working days after artwork approval

Express production: Available on request (additional cost)

Delivery method: Royal Mail or courier (1–3 working days)
Production begins only after artwork is approved and payment is confirmed (or invoice terms are agreed for schools).
2. Shipping for Stock Items
For any stock-held products (non-custom):

Dispatch time: 1–2 working days

Delivery time: 1–3 working days within the UK

Orders placed after 3pm are processed the next working day.
3. Delivery Costs
Delivery charges will be shown at checkout and vary based on:

Order size

Shipping method selected
-
Whether express service is required
Large orders may require courier delivery.
4. Delays & Responsibility
We do our best to meet all estimated timelines. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

Courier issues

Strikes

Severe weather

School closures

Events outside our control
Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the carrier.
5. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct.
Re-delivery charges may apply if the parcel is returned due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts.
6. Missing or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the courier.
